Q: Can I access my email account through a browser?
If you're hosting your email services with us, you have access to your inbox online
from any computer with an internet browser and an internet connection. Visit http://webmail.yourdomainname.com
and enter your login information when prompted.
So, if your company's domain is www.mycompany.com, you would access your webmail services by visiting http://webmail.mycompany.com.
Using the webmail, you may administer your account settings,
control spam filtering, manage vacation messages and forwarding, and much more.
Q: I've forgotten my email password. Can you help?
For security reasons we do not store your password, so while we cannot get your old one back, we can quickly get you set up with a new one.
Contact us with your request.
Q: I need to add an email address to our domain, or change an existing account.
We can do that for you.
