When the company began rebranding efforts back in 2007, the legendary biscuit makers
selected Appian for a fresh new website with an array of interactivity and advanced
functionality. The Biscuitville site incorporates subtle Flash elements, online
games, web video and even an online store. A robust content management system allows
them to perform updates to promotions, nutritional information and job
opportunities, as well as solicit real-time customer feedback on a store-by-store basis.
